See the attached "CAPPING <br />FILL" information sheet for instructions, Fill material must <br />be evenly graded over the drainfield and crowned at the <br />center to shed rainfall. <br />This SITE EVALUATION APPROVAL is issued by Marion County in <br />response to your application, It has been determined that <br />the proposed development of the property will be a <br />co~ercial facility and that the site is approved for a Sand <br />Filter Alternative System. Based on the use of the property <br />and the septic system type. the application for a septic <br />system Construction/Installation Permit must be submitted to <br />the Department of Environmental Quality. The site must <br />have a natural outlet that will allow a field tile installed <br />around the drainfield to daylight at a point above the <br />annual high water. These systems are only allowed on sites <br />where the slope does not exceed 3%. See the attached "Tile <br />Dewatering" instructions for further information. <br /> <br /> <br />
