LOT DRAINAGE. Lots shall be provided with adequate drainage and shall be graded so as to <br />drain surface water away from foundation walls. The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a <br />minimum of 6 in. witch the flint 10 ft. Where lot lines, walls or other physical barriers pmhibi~6{~[. <br />fall within 10 feet, ~r~ns4?f~tfler approved means shall be provided to ensure positive drainage. <br />[Sec. 401.3] ',. ~ <br /> <br />I. Basement walls, fo't~}~l:~iatton'Wdits, exterior <br />walls, and other vedical concrete work exposed to the weather, porches, carport slabs, and steps <br />exposed to the weather, and garage floor slabs shall have a minimum specified compressive <br />strength of 3000. Concrete shall be air entrained. Total air content (percent~by volume of <br />concrete) shall not be less than 5 percent or more than 7 percent. [Sec. 402.2,, Table 402,.2] <br />3. REMOVAL OF DEBRIS :l'he underlloor area shall be cleaned of all vegetation and organic <br />materials and construction debris. [Sec. 409.3] <br /> <br />4. THE TJI FLOOR joist system shall be installed in accordance with its listing and the <br />manufacturer's installation instructions. Please have the installation instructions available during <br />the framing inspection. <br /> <br />5. BP,ABP.:'This'structure uses a combination of Brace Wall Panels (BP) and Alternate Braced <br />Wall Panels (ABP) to meet the code requirements for lateral wall bracing. Insure that all BP's and <br />ABP's are located as indicated on the plans and constructed as shown <br /> <br />6. TRUSS DESIGN. Roof trusses are required to be designed by an Oregon registered Engineer <br />or Architect. For trusses manufactured by an approved fabrication plant, have the design and <br />layout drawings available at the construction site for the framing inspection. All job site cutting or <br />modification of the roof trusses shall be cleady shown in the engineer's design calculations and <br />drawings. <br /> <br /> <br />
