This is a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review covering the installation of a hydraulically designed automatic fire sprinkler system throughout the above indicated building. 5. As this installation is required by the 1996 Edition of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code ('94 UBC), the installation is to be in compliance the OSSC Chapter 9 and UBC Standard 9-1 as amended by the State of Oregon, 6, This review does not cover regulations for insurance credits 7. the sprinkler system submitted is based on a LIGHT HAZARD OCCUPANCY where the quantity and/or combustibility of contents is tow, and fires with relatively low rates of heat release are expected. (NFPA SEC 4-12.7.2) Srinklers shall be installed under exterior combustible roofs or canopies exceeding 4 feet in width.
