ceases to exist. The request can be conditioned to meet
criterion in 6(e).

11.

A review of the submitted site plan reveals that, due to
existing improvements on the property, the proposed hardship
mobile home will be located as near as possible to the
existing residence. At this location, the temporary dwelling
will not require a new driveway. As a condition of approval,
the mobile home will be required to utilize the existing on-
site sewage disposal system. However, an Authorization Notice
will be required prior to placing the hardship dwelling to
ensure the existing septic system is adequate. The proposal
meets all criteria identified in 6(f).

12.

Medical hardships are currently granted for a period of one
year and may be renewed, following review by the County for a
successive one year period upon submittal of a Physician's
Certificate verifying the hardship condition continues to
exist.

13.

Based on the above discussion, the applicants' request meets
all applicable criteria for placing a temporary mobile home
for medical hardship purposes. The conditional use is,
therefore, approved.

REPORT PREPARED BY: David Epling

Craig O.
