The property is also within a <br />State 0f erg, gqn.des! ~g~at?d Groundwater L/united Area ~.wel! as a Marion County Sensitive <br />Groun~ ~Water Overlay Zone (SGO-6) <br /> <br />The subject parce! is, located on the north end of Stonefield Court SE between the Cul-De- <br />Sac and Mill Cheek. The property ~.:created in its~present configuration through the <br />Platting of the stone Field Glen Subdivision and Lot Line Adjustment Case 94-23. The Lot <br />Line Adjustment created the current parcel that is under review with this application. The <br />existin4~ parcel contains a dwelling that is proposed to remain with the proposed 1.96 acre <br />pamel. , <br /> <br />Surrounding uses consist of AR zoned property to the west, east and south most of which <br />contain dwellings. The properties to the north across Mill Creek are a mixture of pasture <br />land and woodier and are zoned SA (SPECIAL AGRICULTURE). <br /> <br />The applicant proposes to divide a 4.96 acm parcel into three parcels containing 1.50 acres, <br />1.50 acres and 1.96 acres each.
