File Number: 111784 Page 2 of 8 Pages SCHEDULE A Waste Disposal Limitations The permittee is authorized to operate and maintain a domestic sewage treatment and disposal facility consisting of a Recirculating Textile Filter (RTF) unit with final disposal to a soil absorption drainfield which has been constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department and the following conditions: The average daily sewage flow to the drainfield should be approximately fifty percent (50%) of the maximum daily or peak flow to the treatment system. The maximum peak daily flow shall not exceed the following unless otherwise approved by the Department: System 001 Maximum Daily Flow 2,010 GPD The influent to the treatment unit shall not exceed the following maximum concentrations: Parameter Limitation BOD5 300 mg/1 Greases and Oil 25 mg/1 TSS 150 mg/I TKN 150 mg/1 The effluent from the treatment un/t to the draiafield shall not exceed the following maximum concentrations: Parameter Limitation BOD5 20 mg/1 TSS 20 mg/1 d) No discharge to surface waters is permitted.
