Weaver to divide <br />a 7.16 acre parcel into three parcels containing 3.58 acres, 2.04 <br />acres and 1.54 acres each in an AR (ACREAGE RESIDENTIAL) zone for <br />property located at 7804 75th Place, Aumsville. (Section 26C; TBS; <br />R2W) Tax account 74730-100. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />Director for <br />Partitioning <br /> <br />This approval/~s~val,id~onJqf_wh~ final partitioning plat is <br />recorded by ~-4~_]w]~U %_~C~. ~t~7 After recording the <br />final partitioning ~lat% the-~p~llcan'" ' 't shall provide proof of the <br />recording to the Planning Division. This can be either a copy of <br />the recording fee receipt or a copy of the plat showing the County <br />Clerk's stamp. The effective period of an approved application may <br />be extended for an additional year subject to approval of an <br />extension (Extension form available from the Planning Division). <br /> <br />WARNING: A decision approving the proposed division or use is for <br />land use purposes only. Due to septic, well, and drain field <br />replacement areas, these parcels may not be able to support a <br />dwelling. To be sure the subject property can accommodate the <br />proposed use the application needs to check with the Building <br />Inspection Division, 588-5147. <br /> <br />This decision does not include approval of a building permit. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS: The following conditions must be met before a buildinq <br />permSt can be obtained or the approved use established: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The applicants shall submit a final partitioning plat to the <br />County Surveyor's office (Senator Building, 2nd Floor, 220 <br />High St. NE). Following plat approval, it shall be recorded <br />with the Marion County Clerk (final plat instructions and <br />example enclosed). <br /> <br />Prior to submitting the final partitioning plat, the appli- <br />cants shall obtain an approved septic site evaluation from the <br />Marion County Building Inspection Division on both the 2.04 <br />acre parcel and the 1.54 acre parcel. <br /> <br />Prior to filing the final plat, an Existing System Evaluation <br />shall be obtained on the resulting 3.58 acre parcel from the <br />Marion County Building Inspection Division. <br /> <br /> <br />
