This review does not include <br />any review of accessory structures. <br />Separate permits are required for accessory structures, includin~ garages and <br />carports, electrical service, water lines, sewer lines, and septic systems. <br /> <br />The approved site plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible <br />Iocation prior to the inspection request. The manufactured dwelling is to be <br />installed per the 1996 Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Standards. <br /> <br />The permit fee for this manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections <br />if corrections are required. All blodking, installation of temporary or permanent <br />sta?s, a~ plumbing~ electrical, and mec~anicai connections are required prior to <br />an inspection request. <br /> <br />Before inspec~on~ ar? requeste~ t~e green "Rec?d of Inspection" card must be posted <br />in an accessioie location near the Tront of the ouilding. No inspections will be <br />performed if the green card is not posted on the job si~e and available to the inspector. <br />Post the orange card, depicting the property addpess, at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br />Work may proceed only at the direction of the inspector. To request an inspection of <br />completed work, DIAL (58~) 37Z-4427 (24-Hour inspection line) prior to 7:88 AM to <br />receive same day service. <br /> <br />USE INSPECTION CODES WHEN REQUESTIN~ INSPECTIONS: <br /> <br />1. STAND INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 682 - FOOTINGS: If you are placing concrete for concrete pads; or runners or <br /> concrete for perimeter footings and foundation. Call for inspection before <br /> pouring the concrete. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking re-bar placement, when'required; checking <br /> distances to adjacent structures, property lines, streets and sidewalks in <br /> a manufactured dwelling park; and setback~ from property lines for installations <br /> other than parks. PropertY.lines must be clearly marked. ' <br /> <br />2. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 687 - BLOCKING & ~ONNECTI.ONS: This inspection includes blocking placement and <br /> connections, electrical feeder connection, mechanical connection, water and <br /> sewer connection within five (5) feet of the manufactured dwelling. The <br /> electrical service connection requires a separate permit when it is an <br /> intricate part of the manufactured dwelling. Call before installing the <br /> skirting or covering electrical., water, sewer or ~iechanical connections. <br /> This inspection includes checking distances to adjacent 'structures, <br /> property <br /> lines, streets and sidewalks in a manufactured dwelling park, and setbacks <br /> from prooerty lines for installations other than in parks. Property lines <br /> must be ~learly marked. <br /> <br />3. FINAL INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 699 - FINAL: Sk~rting~ d~ck, and permanent st~ps are to be complete and the <br /> <br /> <br />
