DELIBERATION: <br /> <br />On January 6th, 2026, the Planning Commission held a public hearing about the proposed conditional use home <br />occupation roofing business. The staff summary was heard. The applicants provided testimony. Testimony from neighbors <br />in opposition was heard. Written testimony from neighbors in opposition was received. The applicants provided rebuttal <br />to comments from opposition. Deliberations were held regarding MCC 17.110.270, and whether the proposal falls under <br />the definition of a home occupation. Testimony indicated that the application was unnecessary for the proposed use. <br /> <br /> <br />DECISION: <br /> <br />At the January 6th, 2026, meeting, after reviewing testimony in the record and presented at the hearing, a motion was made <br />and seconded to DISMISS the proposal.
