This review does not include <br />any review of accessory structures. <br /> <br />Separate permits are required for accessory structures, including garages and <br /> carports, electrical service, water lines, sewer lines, and septic systems. <br /> <br />The approved site plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible <br />location prior to the inspection request. The manufactured dwelling is to be <br />installed per the 1776 Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Standards. <br />The permit fee for this manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections <br />if corrections are required. Ail blocking, installation of temporary or permanent <br />stairs, a~d plumbing~ electrical, and mechanical connections are required prior to <br />an inspection reques=. <br /> <br />Before inspections are requested, the green "Record of Inspection" card must be posted <br />in an accessible location near t~e front of the building. No inspections will be <br />performed if the green card is not posted on the job site and available to the inspector. <br />Post the Orange card, depicting the property address, at the driveway entrance. <br />Work'may proceed only at the direction of the inspector. To request an inspection of <br />completed work, DIAL~(50Z) ~7~-4427 (24-Hour inspection line) prior to 7:00 AM to <br />receive same day service. <br /> <br />USE INSPECTION CODES WHEN REQUESTING INSPECTIONS: <br /> <br />1. STAND INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 602 - FOOTINGS: If you are placing concrete for concrete pads; or runners or <br /> concrete for perimeter footings and fo.undation. Call for inspection before <br /> pouring the concrete. <br /> <br /> This inspection ~ncludes checking re-bar placement, when required; checking <br /> distances to adjacent structures, property lines, streets and sidewalks in <br /> a.~anufactured dwelling parkl and setbacks from property lines for installations <br /> o:ner than parks. Property lines must be clearly marke~. <br /> <br />2. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> 607 - BLOCKING & CONNECTIONS: This inspection incIudes blocking placement and <br /> connections: electrical feeder connection, mechanical connection, water and <br /> sewer connection within five (5) feet of the manufactured dwelling. The <br /> electrical service connection requires a separate permit when it'is an <br /> intricate part of the manuTactured dwelling. Call before installing the <br /> -- skirting or covering electrical, water, sewer or ~echanical connections. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking distances to adjacent structures, property <br /> lines, streets and sidewalks in a manufactured dwelling park. and setbacks <br /> from property lines for installations other than in parks.
