Division that the Marion County Department of Public Works <br />requirements identified in Finding #5 have been satisfied. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Once the approved use is established the <br />following conditions must be continually satisfied: <br /> <br />5. The proposed mobile home shall use the existing septic system. <br /> <br />Se <br /> <br />No new accesses shall be created to serve the hardship mobile <br />home. <br /> <br />The mobile home shall be generally located as shown on the <br />applicant's site plan. <br /> <br />The applicants are advised that this permit is granted for a <br />period of one year and may be renewed for successive one year <br />periods upon submittal of a Physician's Certificate verifying <br />that the hardship conditions continue to exist. In addition, <br />every two years the Marion County Building Inspection Division <br />requires a septic evaluation prior to renewal of hardship <br />conditional uses. <br /> <br />OTHER PERMITS, FEES, AND RESTRICTIONS: This approval does not <br />remove or affect any covenants or restrictions imposed on the <br />subject property by deed or other instrument. The proposed use may <br />require permits and/or fees from other local, State or Federal <br />agencies. This decision does not take the place of, or relieve the <br />responsibility for obtaining other permits or satisfying any <br />restrictions or conditions thereon. It is recommended that the <br />agencies mentioned in Finding #5 below be contacted to identify <br />restrictions or necessary permits. The applicant is advised of the <br />following: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The applicants should contact the Aumsville Fire District to <br />obtain a copy of the District's Recommended Building Access <br />and Identification Guidelines. For personal and property <br />safety it is recommended that the applicant follow these <br />guidelines. Fire District access standards may be more <br />restrictive than County standards. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Ail or a portion of this property has been identified as being <br />located in a "Groundwater Limited Area" as defined by the <br />Oregon State Water Resources Department. The applicant is <br />advised to contact Water Resources (378-3739) regarding <br />possible restrictions or limitations on use of groundwater in <br />the area. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Any utility work in the public right-of-way will require an <br />utility permit from Marion County Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />PROCEDURE: The Marion County Zoning Ordinance provides that <br />certain Conditional Use applications be considered first by the <br />County Planning Director. If there is any doubt that the applicat- <br />ion conforms with adopted land use policies and regulations the <br /> <br /> <br />
