Tax <br />account 75300-970. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Conditional Use <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />This conditional use D~m_it is valid only when exercised by <br />~.~ xd~4_~%A~. ~ . The effective period of an approved <br />d~d~t~onal de m~ylbe-ex~ended for an additional year subject to <br />approval of an extension (Extension form available from the <br />Planning Division). <br /> <br />WARNING: A decision approving the proposed division or use is for <br />land use purposes only. Due to septic, well, and drain field <br />replacement areas, these parcels may not be able to support a <br />dwelling. To be sure the subject property can accommodate the <br />proposed use the application needs to check with the Building <br />Inspection Division, 588-5147. <br /> <br />This decision does not include approval of a building permit. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS: The following conditions must be met before a building <br />permit can be obtained or the approved use established: <br /> <br />The applicants shall obtain permits required permits by Marion <br />County Building Inspection Division. <br /> <br />An Authorization Notice is required by Marion County Building <br />Inspection Division prior to connecting a second dwelling to <br />an existing septic system. <br /> <br />The applicants shall submit a Mobile Home Removal Agreement to <br />the Planning Division. This agreement specifies that place- <br />ment of the mobile home is temporary and that it will be <br />removed after the hardship ceases to exist (agreement en- <br />closed). <br /> <br />Prior to obtaining placement permit for the hardship mobile <br />home, the applicants shall provide evidence to the Planning <br /> <br /> <br />
