Marion County Planning. The properties being adjusted in this case were created in their current (legal) <br />configuration by Lot Line Adjustment/Partition case LLA/P02-014. Accordingly, the subject parcels are legally <br />created however, per the Subdivision and Partitioning Ordinance, the applicants must receive land use approval to <br />adjust the property lines. <br /> <br />7. MCC 17.165.080 (C) states that there are no minimum lot size requirements for buildings in an I zone. The <br />proposal will also combine existing parcels into a single parcel, so there is no concern about any structures not <br />meeting property line setbacks. Based on the information submitted by the applicant, the proposed property line <br />adjustment meets all relevant criteria. <br /> <br />8.
