The septic system is proposed to serve a three <br />bedroom residence on the property. <br /> <br /> Based on the ~esults of this ~t~dy, on-site sewage disposal apDears <br />feasible for the property. However, site conditions will req~i~e the installa- <br />tion of a STANDARD SYSTEM for the original syst~ and a SAND FILTER SYSTEM <br />for ~he future replacement system. These are described in the attached <br />construction detail and setback ~heets. <br /> <br /> This approval is given on the basis ~hat the lot or par0el will net be <br />further partitioned or subdivided and that cenditions on this property and on <br />adjacent ~ropert£es are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the <br />issuance of a permit. Soils in the a~prov~d area shall not be altered or <br />modified by cutting, falling, or other developmental activities whish would <br />impede the successful operatie~ Of the initial or replacement soil absorption <br />systems. Failure to comply with the abov~ i~ems may void this approval. <br /> <br /> ~his reoort is not a3~rmit to install the...~uwa~e ~¥stem, A Dermi~ mu~ <br />be ~b~ned b~fore any sys~.e.~...~enstruct.io~occu~s. A permit may be issued only <br />after the property has been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Statement of ~and use <br />Compatibility or its equivalent is required before a sonstruetien permit can <br />b~ i~sue~. <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, drawn tO scale (ex- 1- = 60'), must be submitted <br />with the permit application before the construction-installation per,it can be <br />issued. The system must be installed by the property owner or a D~Q licensed <br />septic installer. <br /> <br /> This site evaluation ~rt is vali~ un~il an on-site ~ewag~ system is <br />installed pursuant to the construction permit obtained from this office, or <br />until earlier cancellation pursuan% to the ~nvironmental Quality Commission <br />rule~.
