The ~011owing censt~uetion sp~cificationS shall a~ly to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br /> 1. The aeptic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br /> 2. The projected daily sewage flow for this Droject is calculated at <br /> 450 qallcns ~r ~av. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br /> site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet Der 150 <br /> aallons of projected daily s~wage flow. A minimum of 450 1, in~ <br /> ~et, of disposal field will be re~ired for your pressed develop- <br /> <br /> feet i~ le~h, The tren=hes and ~rforated pi~ are ln~all~d <br /> level (91") and con~red to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br /> 3. Thiz <br />interceptor trench must be ~onst~ucted a minimum %~lve (1~) inch~s wid~ by 42 <br />inches d~ep with 36 inches of cle~ gravel plac~ over a four (4) inGh smooth <br />wall ~rforated pip~. The interce~tor ~st be located a~ ~aS~ ~n (10) fee~ <br />upsl~ from the dis~sal fiel~ and m~t di~harg~ ~hrough a watertight, non- <br />perforated pi~ beside or below =he dis~sal field. A ~pa~ation of 25 feet is <br />re.ire4 from th~ ~ptic tank if ~he tank i~ located upslo~ of the groundwa~ <br /> <br /> This approval ts site s~cific ~o ~he aNea tested and the septiu system <br />must be located in the l~ediate area of the test pits unless othe~ise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be re.ired if ~he system is <br />proposed for a different ar~a on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Constr~ct the drainfields only on convex landforma within the area of <br /> the soil test pits. At lea$~ fifty feet upslope of the public road-way, <br /> road ditch and seasonal drainage ways, s0il conditions are marginal for <br /> standard system ~Onstruction. Use ~are not to alt~r the natural topsoil <br /> prior to d=ainfield construction. A pre-construction field stakeout i= <br /> recommended to e~tablish the elevations and locations of the individual <br /> drainfield lines of both systems prior to siting wells and all excava- <br /> tions. Refer to the enclosed stakeout procedure and the ~etback list for <br /> detaila tO complete the stakeout. The lists of licensed septic system <br /> installer~ and consultants who can assist with the s~akeout are included <br /> for your convenience. <br /> <br /> <br />
