The septic sys~eal is proposed to serve a three <br />bedroom residence on th~ p~operty. <br /> <br /> Based on the results of this study, on-site sewage disposal appears <br />feasible for the property. Approval is for the installation of a STANDARD <br />SEWAG~ DISPOSAL SYSTEM, as described An the attached construction detail and <br />setback sheets. <br /> <br /> This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be <br />further partitiened or subdivided and that cenditions On this property and on <br />adjacent properties are no= altered in any manner whish would prohibit th~ <br />issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered or <br />modified by cut~ing~ filling, or oth~ de~elo~x~ental activities which would <br />impede the successful Operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption <br />systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. <br /> <br /> This reDor~ i~ np~ a permit to ~9~all the sewaqe svste~n... A permit must <br />be obtained before a.~¥ ~¥ste~ construct~n..oo~urs. A permit may be issued only <br />after the property has been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Statement Of Land Use <br />Compatibility or its equivalent i~ reg~ired before a construction permit can <br />be issued. <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, drawn tO scale (ex, 1" = 60'), must be submitted <br />with the permit applisation before the construction-installation PeZ~it can be <br />issued. The system must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ lic~n~ed <br />s~lc installe~. <br /> <br /> This site evaluation report is valid until an on-site sewage system is <br /> installed pursuant to the construction permit obtained from this office, or <br /> until earlier cancellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality Commission <br /> rules. ~ubject to the above, this report runs with ~he land and will automati~ <br /> tally benefit subsequent Owners. <br /> <br /> Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
