The slope in the area of the staked out <br /> septic System is 48-50% and is not acceptable under the D.E,Q. rules. <br /> The house is staked in the ar~a that was originally approved for <br /> placement of the septic SyStem. <br /> <br />If you disagree with this evaluation and elect not to dig additional test <br />holes, you may appeal to D.E.Q. A request may be submitted to the D,E,Q. for <br />a denial review and they will visit tho property and make a determination os <br />the suitability of your site for installation of an on-site sewage disposal <br />system. Application must be made to the willamette Valley Regional Offioe Of <br />the D.E.Q. within thirty (30) days of denial notification.
