OBSERVATIONS <br /> Time Observations <br /> 0:12 temperature 1059°F; plaster pieces started to fall off on <br /> exposed face; <br /> 0:14 units exposed by falling plaster beginning to blacken and <br /> char <br /> 0:18 temperature 1549°F; about 50% plaster off on exposed face, <br /> mostly center and base <br /> 0:20 temperature 1567°F; smoke and vapor coming out of top of <br /> assembly <br /> 0:38 approximately 2/3 of plaster fallen off; steel rebar at <br /> 80°F <br /> 1:42 temperature 1806°F; small vertical hairline crack about 5" <br /> long in plaster on unexposed face near thermocouple #5; <br /> rebar temperature 153°F <br /> 2:25 second vertical hairline crack about 24" long on opposite <br /> side of thermocouple #5, and small crack close to #4 <br /> 2:30 temperature 1858°F; less smoke coming from assembly; still <br /> some significant cool areas on unexposed face <br /> 2:40 temperature 1880°F; hairline cracks getting longer from <br /> thermocouples #4, #5, and #6 <br /> 3:20 temperature 1920°F; wall feels warm to touch, no more cool <br /> areas; approximately 75-80% of plaster has fallen off; <br /> slight moisture developing near thermocouples #3, #6, and <br /> #9 <br /> 3:25 temperature 1941°F; hairline crack developed near the #6 <br /> thermocouple; other cracks stable <br /> 3:50 temperature 1967°F; moisture spots getting larger, 2" to 5" <br /> diameter <br /> 4:00 temperature 1995°F; test terminated <br /> c'e e <br /> COMMERCIAL TESTIt1G COmPun <br />
