We recommend that the permit be issued subject to compliance with <br />the following items taken from tho Marion Plan Chock List. <br /> <br />22, A keyway in the footing is an aceeptable method and will transfer the lateral loads, OR provide 18 <br /> inch long, No. 3 dowels extending 12 inches from the footing into the wall, 4 feet on center, OR <br /> pour the footing stemwall at one time (monolith/cally). All wood left permanently in contact <br /> with the ground shall be FOUNDATION GRADE WITH ALL CUT ENDS AND/OR SIDES <br /> TREATED with an approved wood preservative. (R-310) <br /> <br />37.
