This <br />condition shall not prohibit patrons of the campground <br />from using off-road vehicles or equipment to enter and <br />leave the campground by means of the access road to the <br />USFS paved road north of the subject property. <br /> <br /> 1~ An erosion control plan for all trails, paths and areas- <br /> ~ disturbed during development ~hall be developed for <br /> '~'~ f~ re~i.~w and approval by the Chief Planner. <br /> <br /> 18. Public vehicular access to the campground shall be limited <br />..to an approach road connecting the s~bject property tO <br />he.USFS paved road north of the sub3ect property. Ail <br />~?~/~ehl'cu!ar parking and RV campsite, shall be located on <br />/~" the northern one-half of the subject property. <br /> <br /> 19. No recreational facilities, including campsites, trails, <br /> picnic or play areas, and parking, shall be permitted <br /> west of Mansfield Creek and on the southern 300 feet of <br /> the subject property. Subject to limited geothermal <br /> exploration and the requirements of a septic disposal <br /> system, all riparian and other natural vegetation shall <br /> be maintained in this buffer area and along both banks of <br /> · Mansfield Creek. No bridges shall be constructed over <br /> Mansfield Creek. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />The applicant shall develop a site plan for review and <br />approval by the Chief Planner. The plan shall include <br />the following: <br /> <br />a. Traffic circulation and parking; <br />b. A drainage plan for all paved surfaces, trails and <br /> paths; <br />c. The location of all support services and facilities <br /> (water, septic, power, etc.); <br />d. The design, layout and uses of the water slide, <br /> swimming pool, support building, stable, office, and <br /> staff housln~; <br />e. The location of buffer areas along the southerly <br /> boundary adjacent to the Brei~enbush Community resort, <br /> and west of Mansfield Creek ~-,.~ .~.~. <br />f.
