Marion County

OREGON
COMMUN]TY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT

NOTICE OF APPROVAL:

EVALUATION REPORT FOR AN
ON-SITE EEWAGE DISPOEAL SYSTEM

July 29, 1993

City of Aurora
P.O. Box 100
Aurora, Oregon

SUBJECT:
SITE ADDRESS=

97002

SITE #93-01B85, T:4s, R:lW,
14809 2nd street, Aurora

S:13

Our office has completed the evaluation for the proposed installation of
an on-site sewage system. The septic system is proposed to serve a public
restroom building on the property.

Based on the results of this study, on-site sewage disposal appears
feasible for the property. However, site conditions will require the installa-
tion of a SEEPAGE TRENCH SYBT~ for the original system and a BAND FILTER
SYSTEM for the future replacement system. These are described in the attached
construction detail and setback sheets.

This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be
further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on
adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the
issuance of a permit, soils in the approved area shall not be altered or
modified by cutting, filling, or other develo~ental activities which would
impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption
systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void thie approval.

This report is not a Rprmit to install the sewaqe system. A permit must
be obtained before aD¥ system ~oostruction occurs. A permit may be issued only
after the property has been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC
acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Statement of Land Use
Compatibility or its equivalent is required before a construction permit can
be issued.

A detailed plot plan, drawn to scale (ex. 1" = 60'), must be submitted
with the permit application before the construction-installation permit can be
issued. The system must be installed by the property owner or a D~Q licensed
septic installer.

This site evaluation report is valid until an on-site sewage system is
installed pursuant to the construction permit obtained from this office, or
until earlier cancellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality Commission
rules. Subject to the above, this report runs with the land and will automati-
cally benefit subsequent owners.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30. Please contact
offi e if you have any questions concerning this report.

Marion County Building Inspection
Robert Fos~er, Registered Sanitarian
