February 7, 1992
Peterson
Page 2

septic system. It appears that there is insufficient area to
install a septic system and meet the required setbacks. As a
result, this parcel cannot be approved. If you can physical-
ly stake out the area for the house and the initial and
replacement septic systems on the property, we would recon-
sider our decision. A standard system would consist of 300
lineal feet of disposal field and a sand filter system would
consist of 135 lineal feet of disposal field. Any combina-
tion of the two systems will be considered.

A potential solution is to combine the two parcels into one,
which would allow an approval to be issued at this time. If this
option is agreeable, please resubmit your site plan showing the
combined parcels with a proposal for one homesite.

We will hold your application until we hear from you. Please let
us know, in writing, how you wish to proceed with these evalua-
tions. Please call our office if you have any questions. Our
hours are 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday~

S~/rely,

ROBERT FOSTER
REGISTERED SANIThRIAN

DONALD WOODLEY
BUILDING OFFICIAL

copy: City of Aurora
