Box 349
Aurora, Oregon

Subject:

Site Evaluations
15068 Second Street NE, Aurora
15109 iSecond Street NE, Aurora

Dear Mr. Peterson:

The site evaluations for two residential building sites
on the two parcels listed above has been completed by our
office. The results of those evaluations are detailed
below.

15109 Second Street NE:
This site consists of a parcel .63 acres in size. There
is an escarpment (slope >50%) running generally north
and south which bisects the property. A 25 foot setback
is required from the escarpment to any portion of the
disposal field. After observing the required setbacks
from the escarpment, property lines, proposed house and
existing outbuildings, there is very limited area for
the installation of a septic system. There appears to
be sufficient area on the parcel to install a standard
initial septic system with a sand filter alternative
replacement system. The system is sized at 300 lineal
feet of disposal field for the initial system and 135
lineal feet of disposal field for the future sand
filter replacement system. The homesite and the initial
and replacement septic systems must be staked out on
the property before final approval can be given on this
parcel.

15068 Second Street NE:
This site consists of a parcel .88 acres in size. There
is an escarpment (slope >50%) running generally north
and south which bisects the property. A 25 foot setback
is required from the escarpment to any portion of the
disposal field. After observing the required setbacks
from the escarpment, property lines and proposed house
there is very limited area for the installation of a

Senator Building · 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301-3670
