Plans have been reviewed for compliance with the <br />provisions of the Oregon State StruCtural Specialty code ('91 UBC) 1993 <br />Edition. <br /> <br />Prefabricated buildings which are intended to be sold, leased or lnstalled on <br />a building site within O~egon shall bear an insignia of approval permanently <br />attached to each unit in a visible location. (5001 & 5007) <br /> <br />This review is not intended to prohibit the building inspector from requesting <br />an evaluation of related items not shown on the plans which may impact code <br />requirements. These related items not specifically detailed in the plans are <br />beyond the scope of this review. <br /> <br />Office buildings, retail stores, warehouses and factories or workshops <br />using materials not highly flammable or combustible are classified as <br />Group B Division 2 occupancies (B-2). Based on the limited information <br />submitted with the plans, this building has been classed as a B-2 <br />Occupancy. The use o~ storage of highly flammable or combustible <br />materials would cause the occupancy classification to be changed and <br />additional code requirements may be necessary. Contact Marion County <br />Euilding Inspection if this occupancy classification is not appropriate <br />to your intended use of the facility. (701) <br /> <br />Every building shall have sanitary fixtures installed as required by <br />Section 510 and Table NO. 5-E. Where sanitary fixtures are located in <br />an adjacent building on the same property, toilet facilities Nay be <br />omitted in the new building. (510(a)) <br /> <br />The under-floor area shall be accessible. Accessible under-floor areas <br />shall be provided with at least an 18-inch by 24-inch opening <br />unobstructed by pi~es, ducts and similar construction.
