The subdivision is approved with the following conditions: 1. Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6~7,8,9,11,12,13,14 and 15 are approved for installation of a standard on-site septic system as the initial system. The future replacement system will be a sand filter alterna- tive system. 2. Lot 10 will require a sand filter alternative system as both the initial system and the replace- ment system due to the limited area available on the property. 3. Prior to the development of any of the lots, a detailed plot plan must be submitted to this office showing the placement of the house, drive- way and any accessory buildings proposed for the property. The plot plan must also include a de- tailed layout of the septic system showing the septic tank and disposal field for the initial system and the sand filter unit and disposal field for the replacement system. 4. These lots are limited to development of houses with a maximum of four (4) bedrooms due to the limited area available on the lots. Sewage systems will be sized at 300 lineal feet of disposal field for the initial system and 125 lineal feet of disposal field for the sand filter replacement system. 5.
