In addition, a stakeout of the house and septic system on <br /> each lot must be completed prior to issuance of any septic <br /> permits. The stakeout must be completed in accordance with <br /> the attached instructions. The house site must be placed on <br /> the lot after both the initial and replacement septic <br /> systems have been physically staked out on the property. <br /> Remember that any excavation work downslope of the septic <br /> system and in excess of 30 inches deep will require a 25 <br /> foot setback to the septic system. An inspection will be <br /> made of the property after each stakeout is completed and <br /> before each septic permit is issued in the subdivision.' <br /> <br /> 3. Please submit a copy of the final plat of the subdivision to <br /> our office. This should reflect the changes in property <br /> lines and changes in numbering that have taken place since <br /> the preliminary plat was submitted for evaluation. <br /> <br />Please call our office if you have any questions.
