This <br />review is for compliance with the provisions of the Oregon State Structural <br />Specialty Code ('91 U~C) 1993 Edition. <br /> <br />1. This building has been reviewed as a non-farm agricultural building. It <br /> <br /> is understood that the building meets the requirements of the Oregon <br /> Structural Specialty Code Appendix chapter 11 including persons <br /> performing less than 144 total hours of labor per week. Other use would <br /> cause the occupancy classification to be changed and additional code <br /> requirements may be necessary. Contact Marion County Building <br /> Inspection if this occupancy classification is not appropriate to your <br /> intended use of the facility. <br /> <br /> The area of Group M Division 3 (Non-Farm Agricultural) building not <br /> exceeding one story in height is not limited if the building is entirely <br /> surrounded and adjoined by public ways or yards not less than 60 feet in <br /> . width. (Appendix ll08(b)) <br /> <br />2. The maximum distance of travel from any point in the building to an <br /> exterior door, horizontal exit, exit passageway or an enclosed stairway <br /> shall not exceed. 300 feet.
