This review is not intended to prohibit the building
inspector from requesting an evaluation of the acceptability of existing
structural members that may appear to be unsafe. Existing construction
not specifically detailed in the submitted plans and structural
calculations is beyond the scope of this review.

These plans are not approved as drawn. See the revisions required for
compliance with code requirements.

The plans submitted do not clearly show all the required framing details
(there is no information on foundation, floor or insulation shown). It
is the designer's responsibility to size all structural members and
fasteners for the appropriate loads and then show them on the plans.
(R-Iii.i)

A copy of approved plans shall be kept on the site of the building or
work at the time of inspection.
