Marsh 3, 1994

APPLICANT~
SITE NUMBER:

STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTIO~ DETAIL SHEET

ORIGINAL SYSTEM
KEVIN HILLS
94-823. LOT 2, BLK 2, MkKEY CP~EEK ADDITION

Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SIT~ SEWAGE DISPOSAL
SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa-
tion of your septic system.

The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000
gallons.

The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at
450 qallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this
site, the disposal field will be sized at 75 lineal feet per 150
qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 225 lineal
feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop-
ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and
on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125
feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed
level (fl") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface.

The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution
with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench
depth of 36 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill
over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground
surface.

This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system
must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho-
rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is
proposed for a different area on the property.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
The initial standard drainfield must be installed as far upslope as
possible to allow space for the replacement sand filter drainfield to
meet the twenty-five feet minimum setback from the downslope cutbanks
and ditches. A pre-construction field stakeout is recommended to
establish the locations and elevations of the individual drainfield
lines for both systems. Refer to the enclosed stakeout procedure and the
setback list for details to complete the stakeout. Avoid old roadways
and excavations where the topsoil has been altered by grading and
compaction.

THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. DO NOT INSTALL THE SYSTEM
UNTIL A VALID PERMIT ~AS BEEN ISSL~ED BY THIS OFFICE.
