Darlene Mann <br />March 11, 1993 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />We ask that: <br /> <br />By no later than March 31, 1993, you obtain a permit <br />from the Marion County Building Department to <br />replace the failing on-site sewage disposal system <br />with a system that is adequate to serve your <br />restaurant. <br /> <br />By no later than June 15, 1993, you complete the <br />replacement of the on-site sewage disposal system <br />and receive a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion <br />from the Marion County Building Department. <br /> <br />This is a Class II violation and is considered to be a <br />significant violation of Oregon environmental law. Should <br />you fail to correct the violation in accordance with the <br />schedule set forth above, we will refer your file to the <br />Department's Enforcement Section with a recommendation to <br />proceed with a formal enforcement action, including a <br />civil penalty assessment.
