The plat
was recorded in Marion County on April 9, 1973. Patton, describes the homesites.

Also, there are lots which have not been developed into homesites. They are
not approved For subsurface sewage disposal, below is a l~st of these lots;

Block 1 - Lots 10, 11, 12.
Block 4 - Lot 10.
Block 5 - Lots 11, 12, f3, 14,
Block 6 - Lots 14, 15.

At the present, th? ~arcels.are only approved For a maximum of two bedroom

tb~e.bedrooms. This w~ll' r~quire development of specific plot plans and
review by Marion County. Attached is a letter to the Department of Envlr-
onmental Quality from the city of Detroit, which gives planning approval of
the proposed homesltes.

Permits may be issued, subject to the following: ~

(1.) Development of homesites as outlined in the attached report.

(2.) Land surface's on/or adjacent to the designated drainField area's
shall not be altered by grading or filling.
