~OTICE OF DECISION <br />ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW CASE <br /> <br />ENVII~ONI~ENi'AL C!.EANUP DIVISION <br /> <br />91--14 <br /> <br />APPLICATION: Application of Lakewood Mome owners Incorporated and <br />Lakewood Utilies Limited,for an administrative review to allow for <br />the construction of a water treatment system and a air-stripping <br />tower on a 1280 square foot parcel in an RS (single Family <br />Residential) Zone os property located in the 13400 block of <br />Lakewood Drive, Aurora. (Section 22DD; T4S; R1W). Tax lot 72630-006 <br /> <br />DEC.~SION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has determined that the proposed use is a permitted <br />use in a RS (SI};GLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) zone based on the following <br />findings. <br /> <br />This decision does not include approval of building permits. <br /> <br />Requirements: <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain all necessary building permits from <br />the Marion County Building Inspection Divi~ion. <br /> <br /> Both of the proposed structures shall meet all height and <br />.setback requirements and any other applicable development <br /> standards described in the Marion County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />Other Permits and Restrictions: <br /> <br />The applicant~ are advised that the use of the property proposed in <br />this application may require additional permits from other local, <br />State or Federal agencies. The Marion County land use review and <br />approval process does not take the place of, or relieve the <br />applicants of responsibility for acquiring such other permits, or <br />satisfying any restrictions or conditons thereon. <br /> <br />PROCEDURE: The Marion county Zoning Ordinance provides that <br />Administrative Revie~ applications be considered first by the <br />County Planning Director. If there is any doubt that the applica- <br />tion conforms with adopted land use policies and regulations the <br />Director must deny the application. Any interested person who dis- <br />'agrees with the Director's decision may appeal the decision to the <br />Marion County Hearings officer. <br /> <br /> A public hearing is he].d on appeals subject to the appellant paying <br /> a $50.00 fee. Appea].s must be in writing (Appeal Form available <br /> from the Planning D~vision) and be received in the Marion County <br /> lanning Division, 220 High Street NE, Salem by 5:00 p.m. on ~?g~r~ <br />~ ~<~\ _.
