Plans have been reviewed for compliance with the provisions of the <br />Oregon State Structural specialty Code (UBC) 1990 Edition. <br /> <br />1. Structural details submitted for the Kiosk building are acceptable. <br /> <br />The use, handling and sale of Class I, II and III-A flammable ii. quids <br />shall be in accordance with the fire code. (708) <br /> <br />Plans ahould indicate the floor Or landing on each side of doors is not <br />more than 1 inch lower than the threshold of the doorway. Sec. 3304(i) <br /> <br />Every required exit doorway shall be of a size as to permit the <br />installation of a door not less than 3 feet in width and riot less than 6 <br />feet 8 inches in height.
