Proiected Completion Schedule <br /> <br />SMR Network will schedule final <br />engineering and design work to be <br />completed .by February 1, 1991. Pending <br />Forest Serv, ce approval, d.elivery of site <br />modules and tower secuons shall be <br />scheduled for April 1, 1990, with installation <br />to take place as soon thereafter as allowed <br />by weather conditions. <br /> <br />Esthetic and <br />Considerations <br />Proposed Structure <br /> <br />Environmental <br />in Design of <br /> <br />The creatio.n of the equipment building out <br />of prefabricated modules shall permit <br />minimum disruption of ground cover and <br />dislocation of soil on the construction site <br />and s?rrounding area. Pre-assembly shall <br />per.mit the project to b.e completed with a <br />mimmum of vehicle tnps over the ac?ss <br />road. <br /> <br />The tower and modules would be finished <br />in an olive drab color, acceptable to the <br />Forest Service. The supplier': we have <br />identified has experience in meeting similar <br />esthetic requirements for a Forest Service <br />installation in Southern California. The <br />same finish applied to the modules and <br />tower shall be applied to antenna brackets <br />and other appurtenances. <br /> <br />Bid Fee <br /> <br />SMR Network offers to pay to the U.S. <br />Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, <br />the sum of $.l,500.00per year, subject to <br />periodic rewew according to the terms of <br />the Special Use Permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
