825 9th St., Aumsville <br />April 17, 1991 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion County Building Inspection <br /> Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the <br />State of Oregon 1990 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling <br />Specialty Code. <br /> <br />Approved numbers or addresses shall be placed on all <br />buildings in such a position as to be plainly visible and <br />legible from the street or road fronting the property. (UFC <br />10.208) <br /> <br />The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a minimum of <br />6 in. within the first 10 ft., except as restricted by lot <br />lines where the fall will be a minimum of 6 in. regardless <br />of the horizontal distance available. (R-301.3) <br /> <br />Footings sections: 12 in. wide - 1 story; 15 in.- 2 story, <br />18 in. 3 story. Footings shall extend not less than 12 in. <br />below the finish natural grade. (R-303) <br /> <br />Foundation walls shall extend at least 8 in. above the <br />finished grade to the foundation at all points. (R-304.2) <br /> <br />Foundation plates shall be bolted to the foundation with <br />minimum 1/2 inch diameter by 10 inch anchor bolts embedded <br />at least 7 inches into concrete or reinforced masonry and <br />spaced not more than 6 feet apart with a minimum of 2 bolts <br />per piece with one bolt within 12 inches of the end of each <br />piece. Figure (R-303) <br /> <br />Provide at least 1 square foot of underfloor ventilation for <br />each 150 square feet of crawl space area. The openings <br />shall be covered with a corrosion resistant wire mesh. At <br />least one such opening shall be provided within 3 feet of <br />each corner of the building. (R-309.1) <br /> <br />Provide an access crawl hole to the underfloor space. The <br />minimum size opening required is 18 inches by 24 inches. <br />(R-309·2) <br /> <br />Ail habitable rooms shall be provided with aggregate glazing <br />area of not less than 8 percent of the floor area of such <br />rooms. One-half of the required area of glazing shall be <br />openable. The glazed areas may be omitted in rooms where an <br />approved mechanical ventilation system is provided capable <br />of producing a change of air every 30 minutes, artificial <br />light is provided capable of producing an average <br /> <br />"APPROVED" only .when this sheet is attached to plans· <br /> <br /> <br />
