f. The guest facility shall use the same septic system as the primary use dwelling, except when a <br />separate system is required by the building inspection division due to site constraints, or failure of <br />the existing system, or where the size or condition of the existing system precludes its use, additional <br />drain lines may be added to an existing system, when appropriate; and <br /> <br />g. The guest facility shall not be occupied as a dwelling unit; and <br /> <br />h. The guest facility shall not have an address; and <br /> <br />i. A declaratory statement shall be recorded requiring compliance with the standards in this <br />subsection; <br /> <br />The applicants are proposing a single guest facility satisfying (a). The applicants are proposing to limit the living <br />space to 594 square feet, meeting the spirit of the 600 square feet maximum floor space of the guest facility. This <br />will satisfy (b). The approval shall be conditioned that no stove top, range of conventional oven is allowed. This <br />will satisfy (c). Points (d), (e), and (f) can be accomplished by the proximity to the principle dwelling and shall be <br />conditions of approval. Points (g) and (h) shall be conditions of approval. A “Guest Facility Restrictions and <br />Requirements” declaratory statement shall be submitted per (i). With these conditions of approval, the criteria are <br />met. <br /> <br />10. Based on the above findings, the applicants’ proposal meets the criteria for an adjustment.
