~UPPLEMENTARY <br /> <br />ZONE REGULATIONS <br /> <br />10.01 CLEAR VISION AREA: <br /> <br />(A) A clear vision area shall be maintained on each <br /> corner of a property at the intersection of two <br /> streets, a street and a railroad and at driveways <br /> to and from parking areas. <br />(B) A clear vision area shall contain no planting, fence, <br /> wall, hedge, other structure, vehicle parking, or <br /> any temporary or permanent obstruction between a <br /> height of two and one-half (2%) feet and ten (]0) <br /> feet above the centerline grades of the intersecting <br /> street. <br />(C) A clear vision area shall consist of a triangular <br /> area, two sides of which are lot lines or property <br /> lines for a distance of thirty (30) feet for corner <br /> properties and "twenty (20) feet for driveways .and. <br /> railroad intersections. Where the lot lines have <br /> rounded corners, the lot lines extended in a straight <br /> line to a point of intersection and so measured, <br /> and the thir~ side of which is a line across the <br /> corner of the lot joining the non-intersection ends <br /> of the other two sides. (See illustration~/at back <br /> of this Ordinance). <br /> <br />10.02 <br /> <br />FENCES, WALLS AND HEDGES: With the exception of the <br />CLEAR VISION AREA, in any yard' adjacent to a street <br />and within ten (10) feet from the property line adjacent <br />to such street, fences, walls and hedges may be up to <br />thirty (30) itches in height. Fences located in an <br />area other than described may be up to six (6) feet <br />in height. (See: ORDINANCE ~'3~3.). See Attorney's Opinion. <br /> <br />70.03 <br /> <br />EXCEPTION TO HEIGHT REGULATIONS: The height limitations <br />contained in the zoning district do not apply to spires, <br />belfries, cupolas, antennas, water tanks', ventilators, <br />chimneys, or other appurtenances usually required to <br />be placed above the roof level and not intended for <br />human occupancy. <br /> <br />10.04 <br /> <br />PARKING AND STORAGE OF CERTAIN VEHICLES~ Automobile <br />vehicles or trailers of any kind or type without current <br />license plates shall not be parked or stored on any <br />residentially zoned property other than in completely <br />enclosed buildings. <br /> <br />10.05 <br /> <br />PARKING IN REQUIRED YARDS PROHIBITED. In a residential <br />zone, parking of vehicles shall not be allowed, exclusive <br />of driveways, within the required yard area. The interior <br />yard areas may be used unless otherwise prohibited by <br />this Ordinance. <br /> <br />10.06 AVERAGE YARD SETBACK ADJACENT TO A STREET- Every building <br /> requiring a frbnt yard shall set back from the front <br /> <br />-27- <br /> <br /> <br />
