NOTICE OF D~CISION <br />CONDITIONAL USE CASE NO, <br /> <br />89-50 <br /> <br />APPLICAT~ION: of Minnet Wallace to place a mobile home for medical <br />hardship purposes on a 5 acre parcel in an EFU (EXCLUSIVE FARM USE) <br />zone on property located at' 9393 Porter Road SE, Aumsville. <br />(Section 1; T95; R2W). Tax lot 61381-000 <br /> <br />D_D~: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Conditional Use <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />~i~s conditiona~use permit is valid only when exercised by <br /> ~., I~, ~ . The effective period of an approved Condzt- <br />ional Use ;~ay be extended for an additional year subject to <br />approval of an extension (Extension form available from the <br />Planning Division). <br /> <br />This permit may be renewed for successive one year periods if the <br />applicant submits to the Planning Department, on an annual basis, <br />a new Physician's Certificate which indicates that the hardship <br />continues to exist. <br /> <br />This decision does not include approval of a building pe=mit. <br /> <br />~ The following conditions must be met before a building <br />~ermit can be obtained or the approved use ~stabli~hed: <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain approval for subsurface sewage <br />disposal and all other required permits from the Marion County <br />Building Inspection Division. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a Mobile Home Removal Agreement to <br />the Planning Division. This agreement specifies that <br />placement of the mobile home is temporary and that it will be <br />removed after the hardship ceases to exist (agreement <br />enclosed) ~ <br /> <br />The applicant shall sign and submit a Declaratory Statement <br />to the Planning Division. This statement shall be recorded <br />by the applicant with the Marion County Clerk after it has <br />been reviewed and signed by the Planning Director (Declarat- <br />cry Statement enclosed). <br /> <br />The applicant shall trim brush to the west of the proposed <br />driveway in order to provide 400 feet of sight distance by the <br />standard County method and obtain a driveway permit from the <br />Public Works Department. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Once the approved use is established the <br />following conditions must be continually satisfied: <br /> <br /> <br />
