Tax lot 58240- <br />000. <br /> <br />~: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Floodplain Develop- <br />ment application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />This Floodplain Develppme~t ~ermit is valid only when <br />exercised by ¥)~ ~ · 1~) · The effective period <br />of an approved appl~k6ati6n may be extended for an additional <br />year subject to approval of an extension (Extension form <br />available from the Planning DiviSion). <br /> <br />This decision does not include appzoval of a building pezait. <br /> <br />~ The following conditions must be met before a buildinq <br /> can be obtained or the approved use established~ <br /> <br />A registered engineer or architect shall certify that the <br />additions to the dwelling is constructed using methods and <br />practices that minimize flood damages, and that all construc- <br />tion below base flood level is constructed with materials and <br />utility equipment resistant to flood damage, and the design <br />and methods of construction are in accord with accepted <br />standards of practice. <br /> <br />A registered engineer or architect shall certify that the <br />additions to the dwelling are anchored in a manner to prevent <br />floatation, collapse, or lateral movement of the structure. <br /> <br />The applicant shall, prior to being issued a building permit, <br />provide the certification required in Section 178.060 (a) (4) <br />of the Marion County Floodplain Ordinance for the area of the <br />dwelling located below the lowest floor. <br /> <br />When the elevation of the lowest floor of the addition can be <br />determined during construction, but before occupancy, the <br />applicant shall submit an Elevation Certification identifying <br />the actual elevation above mean sea level of the lowest floor <br />of the addition (Certification attached). This elevation <br />shall not be less than 314 feet Mean Sea Level. <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain all necessary building permits from <br />the Marion County Building Inspection Division. <br /> <br /> <br />
