The Marion County Building Inspection Division provided the <br />following comments: <br /> <br />"The location of mobile homes for hardship <br />purposes requires an Authorization Notice and <br />evaluation of the septic system. This <br />authorization must be re-evaluated annually <br />until the mobile home is removed. <br /> <br />The location of existing on-site sewage <br />disposal systems may require more detailed <br />drawings and/or exposure of parts of the <br />system to verify its location." <br /> <br />The Public Works Department commented <br />shall use the existing access. No <br />Aumsville Road will be allowed. <br /> <br />that the new dwelling <br />new access tO Shaw- <br /> <br />Based on the available evidence, Alan and Mildred's physical <br />circumstances constitute a hardship condition relating to <br />the aged, the infirm, or persons otherwise incapable of <br />maintaining a complete, separate and detached residence <br />apart from their family. The evidence also indicates the <br />proposed mobile home would be relatively temporary in <br />nature. The requirements that a Mobile Home Removal <br />Agreement be filed by the applicant ensures that the mobile <br />home will be removed from the property when the hardship <br /> <br />Craig O.
