N~ture of the Application <br /> <br /> This matter comes before the Marion County Hearings Officer <br />on the application of St. Mary's Parish to construct an addition <br />onto an existing church building in an AR zone located at 9168 <br />Silver Falls ~ighway S.E., Aumsvil~e, Oregon (S13, TBS, R2W; Tax <br />Lot No. 75380-270). <br /> <br />II. Relevant Criteria <br /> <br /> The standards and criteria relevant to this application are <br />found in the Statewide Goals and Guidelines, Marion County Zoning <br />Ordinance, and the Marion County Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Public ~earlng <br /> <br /> A public hearing was duly held on this application on <br />September 25, 1985. Official notice was taken of the Planning <br />Department file in this matter. The following persons appeared <br />at the hearing and provided testimony on the application: <br /> <br />1.
