Tax lots <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Conditional <br />Use/Floodplain Development Permit application subject to certain <br />conditions. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS: Conditions of approval. <br /> <br />T~LtS cQn~it~pnal u~te 9ermtt ~is valid only when exercised by <br />~'~-~ I<~Q~ . The effective period off an <br />approved applicat~o~]m~tended for an additional year <br />subject to approval of an extension (Extension form avail- <br />able from the Planning Division). <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain approval for subsurface sewage <br />disposal and all other reguired permits for the mobile home <br />from the Marion County Building Inspection Division. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a Mobile Home Removal Agreement <br />to the Planning Division. This agreement specifies that the <br />mobile home will be removed when the occupants no longer <br />perform a significant amount of work on the farm throughout <br />the year (agreement enclosed). <br /> <br />No new driveway access points onto public or prlvate roads <br />shall be created to serve the mobile home. <br /> <br />The applicant should contact the Aumsville Fire D/strict and <br />obtain a copy of the District's Recommended Building Access <br />and Identification Guidelines. For personal and property <br />safety it is recommended that the applicant follow these <br />guidelines. <br /> <br />Prior to being Issued a permit to place the mobile home the <br />applicant shall submit a recorded deed transferring tax lot <br />5639?-569 into the same named ownership as tax lot §6408-000 <br />or obtain approval for a partitioning. <br /> <br />Prior to being issued a building permit the applicant shall <br />comply with the access requirements of the Marion County <br />Department of Public Works. <br /> <br /> <br />
