Order <br /> <br /> It is hereby found that with the imposition of conditions on <br />approval, the application for Floodplain Dcvelopment meets the <br />relevant standards and criteria and therefore, it is ordered that <br />the app]'ication 'i.s GRANTED. The Conditional Use application is <br />hereby d~smissed. The approval of the Floodplain Development <br />Permit herein is subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A determination that all. necessary permits have been <br />obtained from those federal, state or local governmental. <br />agencies from which prior approval is required must be <br />made by the Planning Director and incorporated into this <br />file. This includes but is not limited any exotic fish <br />permits which may be applicable. <br /> <br />Thc concrete fish ponds shall be located with'in 100 feet <br />of the north property line or the applicants shall <br />submit a certificate from a regis tere<t professional <br />engineer certifying that the concrete ponds have strut- <br />tut'al components capable of resisting hydrodynam~ic loads <br />and effects of buoyancy, and that the ponds are anchored <br />te prevent flotation, collapse or lateral movement of <br />the structure. <br /> <br />This Floodplain Development permit is valid only when <br />exercised by October 26, ]988.
