The son is currently employed part-time off the property but <br />also works 2 to 4 days a week on t~e farm. The son <br />currently commutes to the farm from Salem and he is finding <br />it increasingly difficult to keep up with the farm work <br />requirements. If allowed to reside on the s~bject parcel <br />and be nearer the rented lands more time could be devoted to <br />the farm'operation. <br /> <br />Based on the available evidence, the applicant has provided <br />sufficient justification to show compliance with those items <br />listed in #7 above. Since this approval is largely based on <br />rented farm land a condition will be added requiring removal <br />of the mobile home if the farm operation (including owned <br />and leased lands) is reduced to less than 350 acres. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br /> Although the additional residence is appropriate, a Removal <br /> Agreement is required for the new mobile home.
