NOTICE TO MORTGAGEE, LIENHOLDER, VENDOR, OR SELLER: ORS C~APTER <br />215 REQUIRES THAT IF YOU RECEIVE THIS NOTICE, IT MUST PROMPTLY BE <br />FORWARDED TO TME PURCHASER. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF DECIBION <br />FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> ~/%8E NO. 90-25 <br /> <br />~k~: Application of Bernard and Rose Riesterer for a <br />floodplain development permit to place a mobile home within the <br />floodplain of Potter Creek in an AR (ACREAGE RESIDENTIAL) zone for <br />property located at 8521 Holmquist Road SE, Aumsville (Sec. 31; <br />TBS; RiW) Tax Account #56362-000. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Floodplain Develop- <br />ment application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />This Floodplain Dev~lgpmentPermit is valid only when exer- <br />cised by ~l~ ~ ;~ ~q~ . The effective period of <br />an approved appl4~ation ~a~ b~ ~xtended for an additional year <br />subject to approval of an extension (Extension form available <br />from the Planning Division). <br /> <br />This decision does not inclu4~ approval of e building permit. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS= The following conditions must be met b~ore a buildin~ <br />perm~t...can be obtained or the approy~d use established; <br /> <br />The applicant shall, prior to being issued a building permit, <br />provide the certificates required in Section 178.060(d) (2) and <br />Section 178.060(e)(1,2) of the Marion County Floodplain <br />Ordinance for the manufactured dwelling (material enclosed). <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with the flood elevation determina- <br />tion procedures in Section 178.070 of the Marion County Zoning <br />ordinance. If the flood elevation cannot be determined, the <br />manufactured dwelling shall be elevated to a minimum of three <br />(3) feet above the adjacent natural grade. <br /> <br />The area below the lowest floor shall comply with the require- <br />ments in Section 178.060(a)(4) of the Marion County Zoning <br />Ordinance (enclosed). <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain all necessary building permits from <br />the Marion County Building Inspection Division. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL ~ONDITIQNB= Once the approved use is established the <br />following conditions must be continually satisfied: <br /> <br /> <br />
