The Board held a duly <br />noticed public hearing on the application on January 12, 2021, considered all the evidence in the record, <br />and approved the request. The Boards decision was then appealed to the State, which after <br />consideration was remanded back to the County. The case was remanded back to the Hearings Officer <br />on March 10, 2022, who recommended approval. The Board held an additional public hearing on June 8, <br />2022 and approved the request. <br />The ordinance and findings have been prepared and the notice of adoption was given on August 10, <br />2022. The administrative ordinance is now set for formal adoption. <br />None <br />None <br />1. Adopt the ordinance as written. <br />2. Direct staff to prepare a modified ordinance. <br />3.
