SECTION IV. Action <br />The requested Comprehensive Plan designation change from Primary Agriculture to Rural <br />Residential is hereby GRANTED. The requested zone change from EFU (Exclusive Farm Use) <br />zone to AR (Acreage Residential) zone is hereby GRANTED. <br />The property rezoned by this Ordinance is described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. The Official Marion County Zoning Map shall be changed <br />pursuant to the Marion County Zone Code 17.110.660 to reflect the new zoning. <br />SECTION V.
