Paving within the public <br />right-of-way requires a permit from Public Works.. <br />ENGINEERING MUIRMtMS <br />The following comments lettered B through F, are.i.nformational only. <br />regarding County requirements and issues that the applicant must <br />address.if the proposal is approved. They are not part -of the land <br />use decision-making process. <br />B. In accordance with Marion County Driveway Ordinance #651, a <br />driveway "Access Permit" for access to the public right-of-way <br />will be required upon application for a building permit for a <br />new dwelli.ng(s)..Driveways must meet sight distance, design, <br />spacing, and safety standards. <br />C. There is no designated on -street vehicle parking within the <br />public right-of-way of 45�h Avenue NE; as' such, non -emergency <br />vehicle parking along 45tj' Avenue NE is not allowed. <br />D. Storm drain "Lynch Box" type catch basins and ductile iron <br />pipe systems were installed along -the southern edge of the <br />Blueberry Lane NE paved surface to route discharge directly to <br />the 45-th Avenue NE closed drainage system. The catch basins and <br />pipe are a preliminary installation phase of a stormwater. <br />detention system intended to accommodate for future <br />subdividing on properties accessing the Lane. Roof drains -from <br />a future building' on the subject property shall be tied <br />directly into the private system. <br />E. The applicant shall provide evidence of a recorded Declaration <br />of Covenants for Road Maintenance Agreement (.RMA). regarding <br />the private, shared access easement,.Blueberry Lane NE. Public <br />Works need to review, approve and. sign the, RMA prior to <br />recordation. Please contact Public Work Engineering at (503) <br />584-7714 for details. <br />F.
