Any additional development may require the applicants to meet the requirements of the City <br />of Salem Public Works Department prior to obtaining water and sewer hook ups. The <br />proposal can meet 6(a)(3). <br />10. Each of the proposed lots is greater than 15,000 square feet. The site plan demonstrates that <br />the proposed lots are of sufficient size and shape to meet the development standards outlined <br />in the Marion County Urban Zoning Ordinance. The proposal meets 6(b). <br />11. Based on the above discussion, the applicants' request meets criteria for granting a <br />partitioning and the application is, therefore, APPROVED. <br />12. Staff recognizes the finial partitioning may vary from the proposed plan due to topography or <br />surveying.
