15. If state and local regulations are waived the applicants must still apply to establish a dwelling under <br />the RA zone in effect in 1975. The request will be reviewed based on current regulations and <br />development standards exempt under M37, regulations not waived by the Marion County Board of <br />Commissioners or the State of Oregon, and those in effect under the RA zone in 1975. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />16.
